A walking route on the mapped footpath and road network, to the nearest beach. Where these figures come from

Greek national rates, not specific to this island or any property. Property transfer tax is 3% plus a 3% municipal surtax on the tax itself (Α.Ν. 1521/1950, Article 4). The notary fee is a fixed 20 euro charge plus a scale from 0.80% down to 0.10% as the price rises, plus 24% VAT (Ν. 2830/2000 Article 40; ΚΥΑ 111376/31.12.2011, ΦΕΚ Β 13/2012; amended by ΦΕΚ Β 2170/2015). The land registry fee is a fixed 12 euro charge plus 0.5% of the property's value (Decision 2/12-1-2026, ΦΕΚ Β 64/13 January 2026). Legal fees carry no statutory rate: the law sets them by written agreement between lawyer and client (Ν. 4194/2013, Article 58).
